Everyone knows Yasmin, the Pilates Queen. However, I have had the good fortune, as her brother, to have a ringside view of her journey from a small room in her house dedicated to training her clients, to where she is today-at the forefront of the fitness industry in India. She is my only sibling on the planet but that is not the only reason she is special. She is a loving mother of two grown-up sons and a godmother to my two daughters, who lean on her for advice on everything in their lives. She is a perfectionist and is sharply focused on achieving results and today, she looks about twenty years younger than her chronological age because of her fitness regime, although she was least interested in exercise when she was younger!
