Who it's for
The course is open to everyone — complete beginners, fitness professionals, dancers and current instructors looking to upskill. Beginners simply start with the Anatomy module, and Mat 1 is required before Reformer 1. How long does it take to get certified?
The full certification runs across 6 modules and takes about 45 days (this batch runs Oct–Nov 2026). You can also take individual modules based on your experience.
Is the certification valid forever?
Yes — your YKBI Pilates instructor certification is valid for a lifetime.
Is the course online or in-person?
It’s hybrid. The Anatomy and Mat modules can be completed online; the Reformer and Chair modules are in-person at our Mumbai studio.
Do I need prior experience?
No — the course is open to everyone, from complete beginners to fitness professionals and current instructors. Beginners simply start with the Anatomy module, and Mat 1 must be completed before Reformer 1.
How many seats are there?
Batches are deliberately small — only 10 to 15 students — for hands-on attention from our master instructors, so seats fill quickly.
