The Brand would valuate location, conduct location Feasibility checks , do the field work visit of nearby Studios, Gyms, Clubs. Help with Studio Design & set up.

Training

The Brand would conduct an extensive training program for the franchise partners to have more clarity about the Business and Process. Intensive Teacher Training will be provided for the instructors. Regular updation of the program via Master Instructors.

Operations

The Brand provides operational support for 1st Quarter to set all the processes and streamline for the management.

Promotion

The Brand in collaboration with Franchise partner will organize an event specific to Advertising and Promotions of Yasmin’s Body Image. We focus on social handles and promote our franchise partner strategically.

Marketing

The Brand will share its experience and knowledge in marketing & communicating the business proposition. The Brand would also prove Brochures, Logo , Other collateral’s of Yasmin Karachiwala etc.

Manual

The Brand will provide a detailed Operations Manual containing mandatory and specifications, standards, operations procedures & rules for running the business.
